We rented this beautiful villa for our family annual vacation. To start with, we cannot say enough about the kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the owners/managers Roula &George. They are always there to help with anything and everything. The villa is exceptional. Its size, furnitures ,cleanliness , the view from the terrace, the pool are all to the highest standard that no one can ask for or expect better. Although it is a bit distant , which we thought was an advantage, Chania city and many lovely beaches are very accessible . Also, it is quite close to all the basic needs such as grocery stores, pharmacies and gas stations. We will not hesitate to use this Villa again and would highly recomend it anytime.

OliveNest is a fantastic house located on a hill, in beautiful garden. It is modern, comfortable and very clean. The house is very closed to Chania but is located in a very peaceful area. The view from the terrace can not be overestimated. And what is also important – the owners. Extremely friend and helpful. We do hope to visit the place again!

Amazing villa, perfect for 3 families as the three apartments are completely separate and independent. The pool area was incredible and there were loads of options for outside eating/seating/lounging. The apartments were really well equipped and had everything you could need. The upstairs apartment was huge and luxurious, with incredible views. George and his family also live in the building so not 100% private but it was really useful to have him on site as he’s such a friendly and helpful guy. We had a wonderful two week holiday and would love to come back again!

Everything about the Olive Nest is quite simply spectacular. The incredible modern design makes the most of the breathtaking views all around the villa. The facilities are finished to the highest standard and the attention to detail is second to none. Everything was quite simply perfect. Inside the lounge and living space is laid out to the highest standards. All of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have plenty of cupboard space. Each bedroom has a balcony allowing you to wake up and enjoy the wonderful views. All of the beds are large, very comfortable and luxurious. The high ceilings of the well equipped kitchen and living area was cool and has all the technology you need to enjoy an evening inside. The wifi powerful was perfect. Outside the views from the massive balcony are breathtaking and to the rear the views of the mountains are amazing. Everywhere you look you will see just how much effort has gone into making the whole place a complete dream. The stunningly clear pool, sun terraces and out door seating is incredible providing an amazing and relaxing space that makes the most of the views across all of Chania. My wife and i cannot recommend Olive Nest highly enough and both agree you really have to see it to believe to believe it. George and his wife Roula are excellent hosts and went out of there way to make us feel incredibly welcome and i have no doubt we will be visiting for many years to come. Olive Nest is a piece of pure heaven on the outskirts of our favorite city Chania. Quick access to town and the harbor as well as being situated just ten minutes from the Therisso Gorge and the mountains. Peace and tranquility throughout our stay. Heavenly.

Our party of 14 consisting of 3 families had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Each of the three separate and fully equipped residences were absolutely beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. They were extremely well equipped from the plentiful kitchen appliances (including Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary pods) beautiful glassware, pool floaties, PlayStation (with games) for the kids, Netflix, several Bluetooth portable speakers and fast WIFI. The home was sparkling clean and everything looked like new. George was extremely helpful and responsive and touched base with us during our stay to ensure that we were comfortable and happy (which we most certainly were). The view from the rear balcony was gorgeous, overlooking the pool and the countryside. I have stayed in many AirBNB’ s before and this was definitely the most positive experience I have ever had. It is clear that the homeowners have made an extraordinary effort to make their guests feel at home and wanr for nothing. I would without hesitation recommend this home as an ideal vacation rental in the Chania area.

Des vacances exceptionnelles … Les appartements sont décorés avec goût conformément aux photographies. Ils sont très bien équipés, modernes ( lampes extérieures pilotées par Smartphone, services télévisuels, Netflix, Apple TV) et fonctionnels. Les équipements extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances reposantes (grande piscine, Hamacs, Transats, fauteuils avec parasols, barbecue, Terrasse privée ombragée,..) dans une ambiance calme avec vue sur La Canée (Chania) et la mer. La résidence est à une dizaine de minutes de Chania, de la vieille ville, du port vénitien et des restaurants. Les commodités (pharmacie, supermarchés..) sont proches. Les hôtes (Roula et Georg) sont adorables. Ils se sont consacrés à nos vacances et nous ont permis de passer des vacances de rêve en nous conseillant sur les plages et activités, en nous invitant plusieurs fois au restaurant ou en nous accompagnant dans une fête locale typiquement crétoise, ou en venant nous chercher à l’aéroport pour que nous ne passions pas l’après-midi à attendre notre avion de départ. Nous voyageons beaucoup, mais la gentillesse et l’hospitalité crétoises ne sont pas des mythes.
